NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGSTO CONSIDER ORDINANCE NO. 2023-04YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held at the Lake Placid Government Center, 1069 US 27 N, Lake Placid, Florida, 33852, relating to modifications to the Five-Year Capital Improvement Schedule of the Town of Lake Placid County 2030 Comprehensive Plan, as follows:1. A public hearing before the Town of Lake Placid Local Planning Agency (LPA) on the Monday, June 5, 2023, on Hearing No. LPTC.23.001, Ordinance No. 2023-04, beginning at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. Consideration will be given whether to recommend that Town Council approve LPTC.23.001 and adopt Ordinance No. 2023-04.2.
